The coaching staff features Professor Brandon Hern, Professor Mike Pinto, Coach John Barndt, and Professor Suzy Rhodes. Professor Brandon Hern served in the US Army for 10 yrs as an Infantryman and Officer and is a 4 time IBJJF Masters World Champion whose black belt was awarded by Professor Rafael "Formiga" Barbosa of Double Five Jiu Jitsu. Professor Suzy Rhodes is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, U.S. veteran, and John Barndt served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years. The academy provides martial arts classes for Youth and Adult students. Training options include a formal and structured youth leadership program designed in a train the trainer format.
