10th Planet Beaumont is a martial arts school located at 5925 Caswell Road in Beaumont, Texas. The academy originated in 2011 as an affiliate training group before opening its permanent facility in February 2014, offering no-gi grappling and striking to practitioners across Beaumont, Lumberton, Silsbee, and Port Arthur. Head coach Brian "Barncat" Debes earned his black belt directly from 10th Planet system founder Eddie Bravo in 2023. The school provides instruction in no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and defensive tactics for law enforcement personnel. Youth martial arts programming includes Little Buddies for ages 2 to 4 and Little Dragons for ages 5 to 12, focusing on physical agility, motor coordination, and practical ground defense. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday with options for diverse routines. Lunchtime BJJ and kickboxing sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, complemented by weekday evening training schedules. Newcomers can register online to attend an introductory trial session.
