10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Las Vegas operates its Henderson training facility at 1225 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 140, in Henderson, Nevada. One of three locations across the Las Vegas valley alongside facilities in Central Las Vegas and Southwest Las Vegas, the academy operates under a unified membership. The Henderson facility is owned and directed by head coach Casey Halstead, a third-degree black belt, professional mixed martial arts trainer, and Eddie Bravo Invitational coordinator with more than eight years of coaching experience. Instruction delivers Eddie Bravo's no-gi jiu-jitsu system, focusing entirely on submission grappling without the traditional kimono. The coaching team includes black belt instructor Andy Varela, a professional mixed martial artist with a 10-2 record and Gracie Nationals champion who leads the youth and fundamentals programs, black belt instructor Valerie Wong, and brown belt instructor Mike Lady. The curriculum teaches clinch controls, rubber guard transitions, leg locks, passes, and high-percentage submission mechanics. Training emphasizes technical precision, creative problem-solving, and conditioning for recreational students and tournament competitors. New students can claim a free introductory class, with no contract required to participate.
