10th Planet Pasadena is a dedicated no-gi martial arts training facility located at 2333 North Lake Avenue in Altadena, California. The academy provides focused submission grappling instruction based entirely on the 10th Planet system established by Eddie Bravo. The school was founded by head instructor Erik Cruz, a third-degree 10th Planet black belt. The teaching staff includes multiple credentialed black belts, including instructor Steven Belanger, who deliver hands-on technical guidance across adult and youth classes. Curriculum offerings run across four distinct tracks, including foundational coursework, advanced tactical drilling, and youth martial arts. Advanced sessions focus on specialized positional mechanics, such as the rubber guard, truck system, lockdown configurations, and leg lock entries, alongside youth classes divided between Nano Techs for ages 4 to 6 and junior classes for ages 6 to 12.
