305 Grappling is a submission grappling and martial arts academy located in Miami, Florida. The academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and combat sports training for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners across diverse skill backgrounds and athletic goals. The academy was founded by owner and lead instructor Marcelo Meleiro, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt awarded in 2003 by Nova União founder André Pederneiras. Training is structured around fundamental movements, positional control, and disciplined grappling practice developed through technical demonstration, drill repetitions, and controlled sparring sessions. The curriculum provides unlimited Gi and No-Gi classes from Monday to Saturday, accommodating beginners through advanced athletes. Youth training serves children ages 6 to 12, adult programs begin at age 13, and visiting martial artists can access single-day training passes.
