360X DEFENSE Institute

360X DEFENSE operates at 41700 East Whittier Ave. in Hemet, California. The defensive tactics training center provides specialized reality-based self-defense instruction, hand-to-hand combat systems, and responsible defensive firearms education for civilian students and local community members. Instruction is led by Professor Ken R. Haslam, who directs students through practical combative concepts and personal safety fundamentals. Coaching focuses on close-quarters defensive maneuvers, threat management, safe handling mechanics, and judgment drills designed to address real-world violent confrontations. Training programs encompass standalone hand-to-hand defense modules, basic firearms safety for first-time shooters, and integrated defensive courses combining unarmed protection with marksmanship. The academy also features specialized tracks, including the Resilient Defender program created for adults aged 55 and older, alongside youth-focused Streetwise Rangers defensive workshops.
