Alexey BJJ/Delariva

Alexey BJJ/Delariva operates out of 90 Bridge St #335 in Westbrook, Maine 04092. The academy is affiliated with the De La Riva team, tracing its martial arts roots to Rio de Janeiro and Belém, Brazil. Training provides instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for practitioners in Westbrook, Maine. Instruction is conducted by Professor Alexey Pickerell, who holds the rank of Coral Belt and began his training under Master Ricardo De La Riva. Additional coaching is provided by Bryan Leclerc, a 2nd-degree black belt who teaches the Tuesday night Basics class, alongside instructor Austin Miller. Classes focus on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to help students develop their skills. The weekly schedule includes Adult Gi - All Levels, Adult No Gi - All Levels, Adult Gi - Advanced, Adult No Gi - Advanced, and Adult Gi - Basics. Youth instruction is offered through Kids Gi - All Levels on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Training sessions are scheduled from Sunday through Saturday to accommodate practitioners.
