All 1 MMA operates at 98 Business Street Unit 2A (2nd Floor) in Hyde Park, MA 02136. The training facility provides martial arts programs guided by the motto One Team, One Family. Instruction at the academy is provided by coach Paul. The gym offers training across boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, and MMA that cater to adults of all skill levels. Course offerings feature separate classes for Boxing, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Striking sessions cover basic punches and essential footwork along with conditioning drills, while students also practice punches and kicks on a bag or with a partner. Youth training options include dedicated kickboxing and BJJ classes tailored for kids ages 6-12, fostering physical fitness, discipline, and confidence. Prospective participants can begin their training at the Hyde Park school by attending a free class.
