Alpha Miami Grappling Jiu Jitsu

Alpha Miami Grappling Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts and athletic conditioning facility established in 2014 in Miami, Florida. The academy was founded by Carlos Sainz, a competitive martial artist and instructor who earned his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under twelve-time world champion Caio Terra. The gym provides training programs designed for youth practitioners, adult hobbyists, and dedicated combat sport competitors. The instructional syllabus covers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, and adult wrestling. Wrestling sessions concentrate on essential grappling fundamentals including throws, takedowns, and controlling pins. In addition, the gym provides the Alpha Fit conditioning regimen, incorporating weight training, high-intensity interval training, and custom hybrid strength programs for combat athletes. Classes run on flexible schedules throughout the week to accommodate working adults and student athletes.
