American Instinct Martial Arts and Fitness is a combat sports and martial arts academy established in 2013, located at 14355 SW 120th St in Miami, Florida. The academy was recognized as a top 5 school in the state of Florida for USA Sport Karate in both 2022 and 2023. Training blends traditional disciplines and modern combat techniques to foster self-defense abilities, fitness, and discipline. The school provides hybrid martial arts classes that combine karate, tae kwon do, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Programs are categorized by age into Little Ninjas for ages 4 to 7, Juniors for ages 8 to 12, and Teens & Adults classes for ages 13 and up. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes take place on weekday evenings alongside weekend open mat training and competition team practices.
