Programming is divided into adult kickboxing and MMA courses alongside dedicated youth martial arts classes. Students practice technical striking combinations, defensive footwork, takedown defense, and ground control through step-by-step coaching and live sparring rounds. Facility hours operate Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the gym closed on Saturday and Sunday.
