Training takes place in a 4000 square foot facility that features over 1000 square feet of mat space, with introductory access available when students book your free class. Coaching is led by Moises Carrasco, who serves as Owner & Head Coach and is a 4x Alabama BJJ State Champion and Pro Muay Thai Fighter. The instructional staff also includes Shelby Carrasco, who serves as Owner & Asst. Youth Coach, Muay Thai Coach Bill Barton, and Fitness Kickboxing Coach Isabel Fontana. Class disciplines include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Fitness Kickboxing, and Kids Jiu Jitsu.
