AMP Mixed Martial Arts

AMP Mixed Martial Arts operates at 65 Sidney Phillips Dr, Mobile, AL 36607. Membership plans at the academy feature the AMP Total Package, allowing members to gain access to Striking Classes, Grappling Classes, the Training Center, and Performance Training. Athletes can also select the AMP Total Package Performance + Mixed Martial Arts plan or focus on Mixed Martial Arts Striking & Grappling. Weekly scheduling provides classes Monday through Saturday. Monday training includes Advanced Striking from 5:00 - 6:00, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu from 6:30 - 7:30, and Open Mat from 7:30 - 8:30. Tuesday features Boxing from 6:00 - 7:00, Gi Jiu Jitsu from 7:00 - 8:00, and Open Mat from 8:00 - 9:00. Wednesday offers Kickboxing from 5:30 - 6:30, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu from 6:30 - 7:30, and Open Mat from 7:30 - 8:30. Thursday sessions continue with Boxing from 6:00 - 7:00, Gi Jiu Jitsu from 7:00 - 8:00, and Gi Open Mat from 8:00 - 9:00. Friday programming includes Wrestling from 5:15 - 6:15 followed by Open Mat from 6:00 - 8:00. On Saturday, practitioners can attend Open Mat from 11:00 - 1:00.
