Ares BJJ Plant City

Ares BJJ Plant City is a family-owned martial arts and athletic conditioning facility located at 601 Hitchcock St Suite 105 in Plant City, Florida. The school is owned and led by head instructor Renshi Q. Wiggins, a 7th Degree Black Belt and national karate champion with over thirty years of martial arts experience. The academy is co-owned by Liz, a certified personal trainer credentialed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The gym provides over 1,000 square feet of mat space equipped with heavy bags and a full workout station. The training curriculum encompasses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, karate, combatives, Muay Lao, and practical self-defense. In addition to group martial arts instruction, the gym offers personalized strength and conditioning guidance, nutrition planning, and macro assessments. Programs also include seasonal summer camps and after-school childcare options for local families. New students can take advantage of a free introductory first class to try out the training programs.
