Arizona Combat Sports

Arizona Combat Sports is a combat sports training center located at 1425 West 14th Street in Tempe, Arizona. Founded by Trevor Lally and operating for more than two decades, the academy has served as a foundational training home for martial artists and combat competitors across the Phoenix metropolitan area. The academy provides a combat lineup including mixed martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling, and fighter training camps. Additional programs include youth martial arts and women-only striking classes. Instruction covers head movement, clinch knees and elbows, takedown transitions, and ground submissions structured for self-defense, fitness, and cage competition. Training sessions run Monday through Saturday with morning, afternoon, and evening times.
