Arnold's Martial Arts

Arnold's Martial Arts delivers martial arts education and character development at 1921 West Houston Street in Sherman, Texas. Serving the local community since 1984, the family-operated facility provides age-tiered instruction designed to cultivate self-discipline, focus, physical fitness, and practical self-defense skills. The academy was founded and is owned by Grand Master Rick Arnold, a ninth-degree black belt, alongside co-owner Lynne Arnold, a first-degree black belt. Instructional leadership includes certified head instructor Haleigh Arnold-Black, a sixth-degree black belt, and certified BJJ head instructor Kyle Gonzales. Training programs span structured kids martial arts, the Little Dragons developmental track for young learners, and adult hybrid martial arts. Adult students can also enroll in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coursework centered on positional control, joint submissions, and ground defense.
