Operating in Costa Mesa, California, Art of Jiu Jitsu delivers focused Jiu Jitsu instruction and physical conditioning. The Basics program is tailored for students with less than one year of practice, while the Fundamentals program guides athletes possessing more than one year of training. Youth programming spans age-specific divisions from early childhood through competitive teens.
