Situated in Mission Viejo, California, Art of Jiu Jitsu provides technical martial arts instruction and athletic development. The training facility delivers Jiu Jitsu programming for children, adolescents, and adult students residing in south Orange County. The Basics track supports participants who have practiced for less than one year, focusing on movement fundamentals and safety, while the Fundamentals track develops advanced guard concepts, sweeps, and submissions for practitioners with over one year of experience. Youth programming offers structured training categorized into age cohorts, including classes for ages 3 to 5 across multiple skill levels.
