Artisan jiu jitsu & wrestling club operates at 6666 W. Peoria Avenue, Suite 126 in Glendale, Arizona. The training center is led by founder and head coach Steven Aragon, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with more than a decade of martial arts experience. The coaching roster includes head youth wrestling coach Robert, a collegiate wrestler and two-time Arizona State placer, alongside competitive coach Frank and assistant instructor Kevin. The facility delivers focused instruction across grappling and striking systems. Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coursework spans gi classes teaching traditional leverage, sweeps, joint locks, and chokes, as well as fast-paced no-gi sessions designed for grip-free submission wrestling and mixed martial arts cross-training. Youth students can develop athletic control in youth jiu-jitsu classes featuring belt progression, or build foundational takedowns and mental toughness in youth wrestling. Additional offerings include adult kickboxing classes and private lessons with Coach Steven. Coaches cultivate an environment centered on technical precision, work ethic, and student safety. Classes run Monday through Saturday with sessions for hobbyists and active tournament competitors. Prospective students can take part in a complimentary free trial class.
