Ascend Jiu-Jitsu

Ascend Jiu-Jitsu is located at 220 E Illinois, unit 7-12, Chicago, IL 60611. The facility is situated in the heart of Streeterville, easily accessible from the Gold Coast, River North, and the Magnificent Mile. Prospective members can schedule an intro session or apply for a private assessment. Training is conducted by Professor Pierre Pires alongside instructor Ananya Chandhok. Sessions emphasize personal development, body conditioning, balance, and self-defense skills. The weekly schedule provides Gi Fundamentals and Gi Competition classes along with open mat sessions. Youth training is organized under the Ascend Legacy Program, featuring dedicated age divisions for 4-6 yo and 7+ yo students. Group classes run Monday through Saturday with morning, midday, and evening training options.
