Asenjo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts academy located at 4884 South Kirkman Road in Orlando, Florida. The academy is guided by Diego Asenjo, a 5th-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu with over thirty years of experience who holds a degree in Physical Education and a postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. The instructional team also includes Fernanda Asenjo, a black belt instructor, educator, and five-time Pan American Champion. The academy offers three dedicated training programs tailored to different demographics. Offerings include the Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program focusing on athletic coordination and character values, the Adult Jiu-Jitsu Program covering self-defense and ground techniques, and a specialized Women's Jiu-Jitsu Program. Instruction emphasizes positional control, joint locks, sweeps, and practical defensive skills in an organized training environment. Classes are held throughout the week, accommodating beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
