Batten's Boxing

Boxing is foregrounded in the name Batten's Boxing and paired with Striking as the two stated training focuses for this Southampton, UK record. Boxing broadly centers on punches, timing, defense, distance, and ring awareness, while the Striking label situates that focus within stand-up martial arts more generally. This combination distinguishes the record from grappling-based disciplines by pointing to the broad principles of exchanging and defending against strikes. Southampton provides the exact UK location associated with Batten's Boxing, keeping the description anchored to the supplied record rather than to wider claims. The two labels work together clearly: Boxing supplies the specific discipline, and Striking reinforces its stand-up orientation, giving Batten's Boxing a direct and focused martial-arts identity.
