Ice Dragon Academy is located at 3007 Morrison Ave #5, Bismarck, ND 58504. The school was founded by Coach Josh, who opened the academy in 2010. The academy provides training programs that include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults and youth, Muay Thai for adults and youth, competition team training, and private lessons. Youth martial arts are taught during the kids class, which provides an environment for young students to learn discipline and athletic skills together. The gym holds training sessions Monday through Friday from 5:45pm - 8:30pm. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes meet Monday through Friday from 6:45pm - 8:30pm. Muay Thai kickboxing runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:45pm - 6:45pm, while the kids class takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45pm - 6:45pm.
