The martial arts training center delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaching, self-defense classes, and ground fighting education for children and adult practitioners across the Naperville area. Instruction at the academy is headed by John Brooks, a second-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has trained for more than seventeen years and is a multiple-time IBJJF tournament gold medalist. Coach Brooks also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. He directs classes with an emphasis on the biomechanical principles and problem-solving concepts underlying each technique.
