Bonsai Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a martial arts school located at 2307 E Ash Street in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Operating near the familiar local landmark building, the academy provides technical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling instruction for students of all ages. Instruction is designed to accommodate both beginner students and experienced grapplers. The curriculum covers foundational ground positioning, leverage principles, joint locks, choke submissions, and defensive escapes.
