Brave Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Brave Brazilian Jiu-jitsu operates at 8707 W. State Street, Boise, ID 83714. The academy was established by Founder Collin Davey alongside co-founder Brittney Davey, who have been married since 1998. The facility provides group classes and private lessons for students. Collin Davey began his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu instruction under Flavio Meier in 2010. In the following years, he trained under competitors including Diego Ramalho and Estevan Martinez. In 2021, he received his black belt from Lucas Rocha, founder of Logic BJJ. His lineage traces through Mitsuyo Maeda, Carlos Gracie, Helio Gracie, Carlos Gracie Junior, and Lucas Rocha. Instructional offerings include Kids Programs with dedicated Kids Classes, Kids 3-5, and an Adults Program. Students can also attend Summer Camp or participate in classes for women held each Tuesday, with a free intro class available for new students.
