Briggs MMA is a martial arts and combat sports academy located at 811 Southwestern Drive, Suite E, in West El Paso, Texas. The training center offers instructional programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, self-defense, Kali, and youth martial arts. The academy is owned and directed by head coach Jesse Briggs, a second-degree black belt. The instructional staff includes black belt coaches Gabriel Perea, Dave Frizzell, and Randy McCarty, kids BJJ coach Jonathan Garcia, East location head coach Ryan Flint, and director of operations Amy Briggs. Class options accommodate students of varying experience levels, ranging from complete beginners to active combat sports competitors. Youth programs provide age-structured martial arts development, while adult sessions combine technical grappling drills, takedowns, defensive positional control, and striking fundamentals. New practitioners can reserve an introductory trial class to evaluate the academy.
