Brunson's MMA & Fitness is located at 3500 Oleander Dr in Wilmington, NC 28403. Prospective practitioners are invited to try out a class for FREE! The facility was Founded by UFC Fighter Derek Brunson. Derek Brunson teaches on Wednesday & Thursday at 12pm. He is joined on the coaching team by Coach Chris, who serves as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach - Black Belt, and Coach James, who serves as a Kickboxing & Muay Thai Coach. Class programs include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Adults and youth classes under Coach Chris. The wrestling curriculum features Austin Trotman, with Kids wrestling every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm and adult wrestling on Wednesday evenings. Private sessions can also be arranged directly with individual instructors upon request.
