Budo Martial Arts is a martial arts school located at 5901 Lyons Rd in Coconut Creek, Florida. The academy was founded and is led by head instructor Charlie Vinch, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and former professional mixed martial arts fighter with over a decade of coaching experience. Every class is personally taught by a black belt or an instructor certified directly under Vinch. The academy provides training programs across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and youth martial arts. Youth instruction includes the Lil Ninjas program for ages 5 to 7 and Jr. Warriors for ages 8 to 12, focusing on listening skills, physical coordination, and anti-bullying discipline. Adult classes cover fundamental ground grappling, positional control, submissions, and striking mechanics in an organized setting. The schedule includes afternoon youth classes, evening adult sessions, and Saturday morning training along with weekend birthday party bookings. New students can begin with a two-week introductory trial package that includes an official training uniform.
