Bushido Kai Judo/Jujitsu Club

Bushido Kai Judo/Jujitsu Club is a non-profit martial arts club located near Rochester at the Penfield Recreation Center gym, 1985 Baird Road, Penfield, New York 14526. Meeting twice a week, the club provides grappling instruction for participants ranging from age five through adults. Training schedules feature dedicated adult and youth divisions. Adult classes run on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM, while youth instruction is offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing parents and children the opportunity to participate in judo and jujitsu training together. Instruction is directed by Sensei Heiko Rommelmann Jr., who has served as chief instructor since 1993 and holds a 6th degree black belt in Judo and a 5th degree black belt in Ju Jitsu. He is joined by Sensei Jeff Giunta, a 5th degree judo black belt and 2005 Gold Medalist at World Master's Championships.
