CA Boxing Gym

CA Boxing Gym provides boxing instruction and athletic conditioning at 221 Broad Street in Florence, New Jersey. The training facility serves youth and adult students throughout the local area seeking structured boxing workouts and competition preparation. Coaching is conducted by Coach Anthony, an experienced boxing coach who has coached boxers for many years and, in his words, helped many reach the top. Training includes sparring, mitt work, ring training, and competition preparation, with beginners welcome to train alongside. The gym schedule features morning boxing classes from 5am to 9am alongside evening sessions including Kids Boxing for ages 6 to 12, Boxing Fitness, and Competition Boxing. Prospective adult members can register for an introductory Adult Trial Week to experience the gym's classes.
