Campuzano MMA

Campuzano MMA is located at 2626 Stonebrook Parkway, Unit 600 in Frisco, Texas. Established in 2017, the academy is owned and operated by professional fighter and head coach Will Campuzano, a two-time Legacy World Champion, alongside co-owner Adi Campuzano. The school delivers practical mixed martial arts education in an encouraging, family-oriented training environment. The curriculum integrates striking and grappling disciplines into a multifaceted combat system. Coursework brings together Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ground control, Muay Thai kickboxing, takedown wrestling, and practical self-defense. Adult classes combine resistance exercises, heavy bag drills, and partner sparring to build cardiovascular stamina, core power, and joint flexibility. Youth martial arts tracks are organized into distinct age divisions: fundamentals for ages five through seven, striking and Muay Thai boxing for ages eight through eleven, and peer group training for ages twelve through fifteen. Classes focus on injury prevention, technical mechanics, and mental fortitude. The gym accommodates hobbyists pursuing fitness as well as athletes training for tournament competition. New students can schedule a gym tour or register for an introductory trial class.
