The training organization initially formed at Cora Kelly Magnet School before relocating to dedicated facilities in Old Town Alexandria and expanding its combat sports curriculum across Virginia. Founded by Jeremy Lafreniere, the academy provides evidence-based training programs across combat sports and physical conditioning.
