Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Lake Highlands

Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu Lake Highlands is a martial arts academy located at 10675 E Northwest Hwy, Suite 2900, in Dallas, Texas. The school serves students throughout Dallas and Lake Highlands, providing structured grappling instruction for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners. The academy operates under the leadership of Professor Marcio Santos, a black belt under Master Carlos Machado who began Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a child under Gracie red belt Geny Rebello and earned his black belt in 2000; he still teaches the kids and adult classes daily. Training centers on the Carlos Machado Jiu-Jitsu system, emphasizing leverage, positional control, guard passes, joint locks, and chokes in both traditional gi and no-gi settings. Programs are organized into classes for young children, kids, teens, and adults ranging from fundamental beginners to advanced competitors.
