CARLSON GRACIE JIU JITSU operates inside Boca Raton Fitness at 7561 N Federal Hwy in Boca Raton, Florida. As an affiliate academy of the Carlson Gracie team, the school delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaching, striking lessons, and physical conditioning for youth and adult students throughout the Boca Raton area. Instruction at the academy is headed by founder and head coach Francisco Costa, also known as Manny Soares, a World Champion and Pan American Champion who directs class curricula. Coach Soares leads students through systematic fundamental movements, guard passing techniques, defensive escapes, and controlled submissions. The coaching team emphasizes patience, personal discipline, and technical precision across all sessions. Academy offerings encompass Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing training. Grappling programs feature a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Beginners Program, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu All Levels, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, and youth classes including a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program for ages 3 to 6. Students engage in structured partner drilling and supervised sparring rounds to develop functional martial skill.
