Situated at 29723 New Hub Drive, Suite D in Menifee, California, Carlson Gracie Menifee delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense education. The training center provides martial arts instruction for children, teenagers, and adult practitioners throughout Menifee and surrounding communities. The school is led by head instructor Orlando Alonso, a black belt under Carlson Gracie Jr. with more than 30 years of martial arts experience. Alonso directs classes emphasizing ground positional control, joint submissions, tournament preparation, and self-defense techniques in a family-oriented training atmosphere for all students. Instruction spans combined youth divisions, teen sessions, adult classes, and scheduled open mat times on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
