Carlson Gracie JiuJitsu Team Melbourne, also known as Hot Box MMA, is a martial arts training facility located at 1986 A N Wickham Rd in Melbourne, Florida. Encompassing an 11,000-square-foot gym space, the facility provides instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and competition grappling. Prospective students can reach the academy online to arrange a free introductory trial class. The school was founded by BJJ black belt David Sutton, who brings more than 20 years of martial arts experience as head coach and leader of the training program. The coaching roster also features Coach Evelyn Sutton, who has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2019 and holds the rank of purple belt, alongside coaches Zach and Jordan. Instruction includes adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, MMA striking and grappling, and specialized summer morning kids programs for youth of all ages. Training balances technical instruction with competition-tested strategies, helping students develop effective self-defense skills, endurance, and technical confidence on the mats.
