Carlson Gracie TEAM - CT/Cesar Pereira BJJ is located at 76 Progress Drive, Suite 238 in Stamford, CT 06902. Head Instructor Cesar Pereira is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt 6th degree under Master Cassio Cardoso / Carlson Gracie Club Jiu-Jitsu. Bringing over 30 years of experience, he is a certified IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation) referee and has been teaching the Stamford community since Feburary 2011. The instructional team also includes adult and youth coaches Kenny, William, Rafael, and Zachariah. The curriculum features Adult BJJ, Fundamentals BJJ, Fundamentals No Gi BJJ, Adult No Gi BJJ, and Competition/Drills Class sessions. Youth programming is split by age groups, offering Little Kids BJJ (Ages 5-7), Big Kids BJJ (Ages 8-12), and corresponding No Gi classes. Students seeking personalized training can also schedule One on One Instruction.
