Checkmat Murrieta Exclusive operates at 40165 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd, Suite K, in Murrieta, California. The academy serves as an official Checkmat affiliate martial arts academy, providing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for youth and adult practitioners. Program offerings include adult jiu-jitsu, women jiu-jitsu, and youth martial arts classes. Instruction is led by head instructor Ricardo Feliciano, known to his students as Pantcho, a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has lived in California for over ten years. Feliciano is an active competitor who has earned gold medals in the IBJJF Pan American No Gi Championships. He is supported on the mats by coaches Phillip Fitzpatrick and Jamie Flores. Training programs focus on fundamental positioning, escapes, sweeps, guard passes, and joint submissions in a family-oriented environment. Students engage in structured drilling, technical breakdowns, and controlled sparring matches.
