Cipher MMA

Cipher MMA is a combat sports and martial arts academy located at 22016 Woodway Drive in Woodway, Texas. The facility serves practitioners in the surrounding region, providing specialized training in mixed martial arts, submission grappling, wrestling, striking, and youth combat sports. Instruction features Coach Ron, who brings over twenty years of martial arts experience across MMA, submission wrestling, BJJ, Judo, and kickboxing, having trained under coach Robert Follis. The coaching team includes Coach Lorena, who brings a decade of experience in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu while directing the youth martial arts curriculum. The academy's programs feature No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu focusing on attacks and submission chains, specialized leg lock systems, and wrestling designed for MMA and submission grappling. Striking classes combine kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai techniques, while youth MMA classes build discipline, focus, and coordination for young athletes.
