Colorado Combative Sports Academy

Colorado Combative Sports Academy delivers multidisciplinary mixed martial arts education and combative sports conditioning at 6070 E 49th Dr in Commerce City, Colorado. Founded in January 2024, the academy is committed to uniting diverse fighting styles under one roof, providing an environment where recreational martial artists, youth, and competitive athletes develop physical health, mental focus, and practical skills. The academy is owned and directed by head coach Brian Maronek, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, 2012 Colorado Fighter of the Year, and veteran fighter holding six professional MMA titles alongside multiple submission-of-the-night honors. The coaching staff includes Elevation Fight Team owner Christian Allen, a multi-discipline black belt who has trained top UFC and BKFC athletes, collegiate wrestler and professional striker Brian Seraiah Wood, and BJJ coach Josh LeBlanc. Instructional coursework spans all-levels adult and teen Fundamental BJJ, Situational Grappling sessions, all-levels Muay Thai striking, and intermediate MMA combinations.
