COR Jiu Jitsu

COR Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts club located within the Heights Recreation Center at 711 Arapaho Rd in Richardson, Texas. The school provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for adult students and youth practitioners in the local community. Instruction is headed by head instructor Nick Metzinger, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who began his training in 2008 under Roman Kilgore, a black belt under Carlos Machado. The teaching staff also features Mike Pelto, who has trained BJJ for over ten years alongside holding a black belt in Filipino Jiu-Jitsu and Modern Arnis, assistant instructor Greg Kish, brown belt Adam Metzinger, and kids program head instructor Michael Nguyen. Class schedules include adult sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:30pm, alongside open mat training on Sunday mornings. Classes combine fundamental technique drilling, positional control, and controlled sparring.
