CORE Combat Sports provides martial arts education and combat conditioning at 13124 Eastpoint Park Blvd in Louisville, Kentucky. The training facility conducts group and individual instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga self-defense, Muay Thai kickboxing, and boxing, alongside non-contact boxing programs for individuals managing Parkinson's disease. Gym founder Rolando Haddad holds black belts in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. A competitive martial artist teaching since 1995, Haddad is certified by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council to instruct police officers in defensive tactics. The instructional roster features Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts Nathan Haddad and Max Haddad, each earning their rank under Helio "Soneca" Moreira. Nathan Haddad won the 2026 ADCC West Coast Trials in the eighty-eight kilogram division and the 2025 ADCC Louisville Open, while Max Haddad is certified through the Rock Steady Boxing organization. Training programs include adult and youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tournament competition team prep, kids martial arts, Krav Maga practical defense, and Rock Steady Parkinson's boxing sessions.
