Couchon BJJ is a martial arts school based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, dedicated to providing focused training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Instruction is spearheaded by Will Couchon, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who brings extensive mat experience and wrestling background to his coaching. The gym organizes distinct training tracks for adults and youth practitioners. The youth curriculum introduces kids to disciplined grappling practice, teaching them to work through challenging situations with care and confidence. The adult schedule includes regular technical classes as well as a Saturday 9:00 am open mat session for live rolling and drill work.
