DCO MMA & Fitness operates in Denver, CO within the Park Hill area, having initially started in Westminster, CO back in 2016. Instruction is led by Steven Paprocki, who serves as the Head Coach at DCO MMA & Fitness and co-owner of Colorado Jiu Jitsu Club. Paprocki is a Glory Kickboxing veteran who earned his Black Belt April of 2024. Owner Kathryn Paprocki serves as Youth Services Head Coach, holding a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt October of 2025, while Layla coaches youth wrestling and jiu jitsu at DCO. Adult training tiers include BASIC for $150 / Month, UNLIMITED for $200 / Month, and UNLIMITIED PLUS for $250/ Month, alongside a 1 time $60 enrollment fee. Youth enrollment options provide Youth (Ages 6 to 13): $120 / month and Teen tracks for $150 / month across disciplines including Muay Thai, Boxing, and Judo classes.
