Division-1 Training Center is a competitive wrestling academy located at 1014 New England Rd in Clairton, Pennsylvania. Serving student-athletes across the Pittsburgh area, the center provides technical wrestling instruction, strategic development, and physical conditioning for youth and scholastic wrestlers. The academy was founded by head coach James Fleming, a two-time NCAA Division I All-American at Clarion University who completed his collegiate career with 126 victories. Fleming and the coaching staff emphasize strategic thinking, mat positioning, and high-level fundamental techniques designed to help competitors outthink opponents during live competition. Instructional offerings feature Fundamental Practices for elementary and middle school wrestlers, focusing on positional awareness, setup execution, takedown finishes, and defensive counters. Training sessions cultivate physical resilience, mental discipline, and competitive composure through rigorous drilling and controlled wrestling situations on the mats.
