Droogs MMA and Jiu Jitsu is a combat sports training facility located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Inspired by the concept of fellowship and community camaraderie, the academy provides a dedicated training ground for martial arts practitioners and fitness students of differing skill levels. The school provides multi-disciplinary grappling and striking programs. Grappling courses blend American and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with folkstyle wrestling, Judo, and submission grappling, delivering well-rounded ground defense and practical positional control for both gi and no-gi practitioners on the mat. Striking instruction features Muay Thai kickboxing, incorporating punches, elbows, knees, and kicks at your opponent to build stand-up proficiency. In addition, the gym provides boxing training centered on offensive punching combinations, defensive head movement, and proper footwork drills to enhance cardiovascular fitness and athletic conditioning.
