E-Town Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing

E-Town Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing delivers combat sports education and martial arts instruction at 1506 Ring Rd within the E-town Athletic Club in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The academy provides training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing for adult and youth practitioners across Elizabethtown and neighboring Kentucky communities. The instructional program is directed by head professor Josh Johnson, a fourth-stripe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Master Luiz Palhares and a first-degree black belt in Judo with over two decades of martial arts experience. Professor Johnson also trained extensively at Master Fernando Pinduka's academy in Brazil and has coached combat athletes across more than one thousand competitive appearances in jiu-jitsu, judo, and mixed martial arts. Course offerings encompass adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, advanced submission grappling, adult kickboxing, Muay Thai style kickboxing for kids and adults, scheduled white belt tournament events, and practical self-defense classes designed for practitioners of all physical fitness levels.
