Eagle USA MMA / Krav Maga (self defense) Training Center

Eagle USA MMA Training Center is a martial arts school located at 125 West I-30, Suite L, inside the Snap Fitness facility in Royse City, Texas. The training center offers instructional courses in mixed martial arts, Krav Maga self-defense, and youth martial arts. Instruction is overseen by chief instructor Lia Vallieres, a lifelong martial artist with over thirty-three years of combined experience across American Kenpo, traditional Taekwondo, grappling, and Krav Maga. The mixed martial arts curriculum blends striking combinations, traditional Taekwondo kicking methods, American Kenpo hand strikes, and ground grappling techniques. Krav Maga classes focus on real-world military and street defense methods designed for practical personal protection. The center offers programs for both youth and adult practitioners, as well as dedicated homeschool programs. Training requires no contract, and new students receive their first two classes free alongside a complimentary starter uniform or shirt.
