East Coast Professional Wrestling Training Center is a dedicated sports entertainment and professional wrestling school situated at 87A North Beverwyck Road in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey. Established in 1991, the center ranks among the longest-running professional wrestling schools in the region. The academy operates under the leadership of head trainer Gino Caruso. Inside the 3,500-square-foot facility, students train across two regulation wrestling rings equipped with specialized weight training apparatus, learning ring safety, bump mechanics, high-impact maneuvers, character presentation, and timing. The school prepares individuals for various roles in sports entertainment, offering courses for active wrestlers, referees, ring announcers, managers, valets, and television commentators. Through structured hands-on coaching, trainees develop athletic conditioning and performance skills to compete across live wrestling circuits.
